The cost is per night with up to 8 guests. Each additional guest over 8 is $50 per person. You will have the entire house to yourself.
This is a fully furnished and functioning home. Stay the night or stay a week if you like.
Refund Policy:
Your booking is non-refundable. If a weather event or unforeseen circumstance prevents you from your overnight, a new date may be rescheduled as long as a two-week notice is given.

*** Please note*** 1899 Bolton Street is NOT the property's physical address. This is the year the house was built. You will be provided with the physical address before your arrival.
All Attendees Must Be over 16 years of age.
Exceptions: Contact Becky Vickers for anyone under the age of 16.
NO alcohol or illegal drug use, NO metal detection, and NO open flames. No smoking or vaping inside the Bolton House.
This location does not allow pets.
Mobility Issues: Please be aware that The 1899 Bolton St. House is not equipped with ramps or elevators. There are stairs to get into the house, and once inside, there are stairs to the upstairs and downstairs. Please keep this in mind if you have members of your teams with Mobility Issues!

We have a huge kitchen which can be used as a command center with a big table for equipment and extra plugs. The kitchen is also VERY ACTIVE. Snacks, bottled water, and coffee will be provided.
How many bedrooms?
The house has 3 bedrooms. One has a king bed and two full-size beds.
Each of the rooms has a/c window units. Our Master Bedroom (The Lavender Room) also has a smart TV. Please bring your own blankets and pillows. You are welcome to sleep ON the beds, just not IN the beds. None of the bedrooms have a private bath. There is one bathroom upstairs with a shower/tub. The downstairs bathroom has no shower/tub.
The house does not have central heat or air, but we have a/c units and fans downstairs and upstairs. The house can get very cold during the winter months, so space heaters will be provided.
Where do we park?
Parking is tricky. You can park three cars along the side of the house and one or two in front. The best solution is to minimize the number of vehicles. Just across the street is a large parking lot at the UT Medical Center. It is less than a five-minute walk to the house.
How do I pay for my overnight stay?
Your entire balance is due at the time of booking. We accept Venmo, Cash App and Zelle. We can accept Visa or Mastercards over the phone. Just call 940-391-5699.
